Terms of guarantyAll Ochnik products are covered by a two-year warranty period starting from the day of the purchase. The warranty encompasses any and all defects occurring by the fault of the producer. Incompliance of the product with the agreement shall be subject to complaint.
Pursuant to the Act of 27 July 2002 on specific terms of consumer sale and on the amendment to the Polish Civil Code Article 8 subparagraph 2, Ochnik shall reimburse the Customer with the costs of sending of the product subject to warranty, provided it has been acknowledged justified, up to the amount of PLN 15.
The warranty shall not apply to:
- natural wear and tear of products,
- dirt on products,
- differences in the colour and the structure of the leather, bendings or wrinkles occurring during the use as a result of natural properties of leather,
- mechanical damages,
- damages resulting from incorrect use,
- patent defects discernible on the day of purchase provided that at the moment of the conclusion of agreement the Buyer knew thereabout or, judging reasonably, should have known.
