Being a family business, the Ochnik bases its business philosophy on multi-track thinking about its surrounding. Commitment to the idea of Corporate Social Responsibility encompasses many aspects of the company’s operation, starting from the creation of safe working conditions, through cooperation with producers abiding by the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, to finish with charitable activity.

We are characterized by open and clear principles of operation, respect for employees, contractors and local communities. In our work we follow the principles of ethics and fair play.

The company tries to provide help to those who need it. According to its philosophy, Ochnik supports the Society of Children’s Friends – Workshop Occupational Therapy in Miętne. The money earned from the sales of the Spring/Summer 2008 collection was spent by the company for the purchase of rehabilitation equipment for the Centre – a universal stair climber and transport and bath pool lift. A portion of profits from the Autumn/Winter 2008/2009 collection was donated to finance the purchase of a special car for transporting handicapped people (14 sitting places and 3 places for wheelchairs), which will be used by the handicapped from the entire poviat of Garwolin.
