Using the Ochnik website

Information concerning internet users received by this website results from the general principles of connections made on the internet, i.e. information contained in system logs, e.g. an IP address, and is used by the Ochnik website for the purpose of collection of general statistical demographic information (e.g. on the region from which the connection is made). This type of information is entirely safe for the user and guarantees him or her absolute anonymity.
While using the www.ochnik.pl website, you may be requested to give your personal data in the form in order to use certain parts of the www service, including the “Contact form” module. Information entered through the form will not be subject to archiving. Subscribing to the Ochnik newsletter
The user who decides to enter the list of subscribers receiving the newsletter from the Ochnik website expresses his or her consent for receiving marketing materials sent electronically (pursuant to Article 8 subparagraph 1 of the Act of 18 July 2002 on electronic provision of services, Journal of Laws No 144 of 2002, item 1204).
The newsletter is a gratuitous service consisting in providing subscribed users with information about new products, promotions, sales, competitions, events and all other information related to the business activity of Ochnik by periodic electronic dispatch of selected contents in the form of an e-mail. The user confirms his subscription to the newsletter by clicking on the link received electronically to the e-mail address he or she indicated thus consenting to the receipt of a free newsletter. Ochnik shall neither transfer nor sell the obtained e-mail address to third parties. The user may renounce on the newsletter service at any time. The subscription can be cancelled by clicking on the “cancel subscription” link in the footnote of each received e-mail. The e-mail account is removed from the address database immediately and this is signalled by a notice confirming this operation.
Ochnik reserves the right to send advertisements and commercial information through newsletters within the meaning of the Act of 18 July 2002 on electronic provision of services (Journal of Laws No 144 of 2002, item 1204) to the User’s e-mail address; to temporarily withhold the service of newsletter if this is necessary due to technical reasons (maintenance, modifications or repair of the system), to abandon the provision of services under the newsletter upon prior notification of its users of this fact, without giving reasons; to remove the account of the user who has breached the law effective in the Republic of Poland or undertakes actions which prevent other users from using the website in an undisturbed manner. |
