Customer Club
In order to meet the expectations of the customers, in 2008 Ochnik created for its customers the Ochnik Customer Club. The membership in the club triggers numerous profits, e.g. the possibility of having the purchased product repaired during the warranty period even when the customer has lost the receipt*. The Club Customers are also informed on a current basis of current promotional offers, new items or sales and have the guarantee of being granted special discounts for our collections.
Club Membership
Every natural person of the age of 16 in the least, with a Polish correspondence address, who fulfils the terms of joining the club specified in the form of Ochnik Customer Club and who has confirmed his or her consent to be a member of the Ochnik Customer Club by signing the application form, may become the Ochnik Club Member.
We have created the system which is extremely easy for the customer to use – we do not require any membership cards, or collection of receipts and invoices. When joining the Club, each member is registered in the global database. During each successive purchase in our sales showroom it is sufficient to give only such data as is indispensable for identification (e.g. name and surname) and one is able to make advantage of privileges he or she is entitled to while the programme automatically will add this transaction to the customer’s account.
The customers of the Club are always up to date – being informed by e-mails or text messages of new collections, planned promotions and special offers such as e.g. Night Discount Shopping.
Ochnik Club members will be also given special presents. At a later time, advantages from the membership in the Club will be extended by additional discounts and gifts.
Special discount for Club Customers
Customers who – within a year – purchased products the value of which exceeded PLN 2 thousand or purchased more than 10 items shall be entitled to a special discount amounting to 5% for each successive item purchased. This special discount shall be valid through the period of 18 months. Products with reduced or promotional prices shall be excluded from the discount.
* The Ochnik Guarantee for Customer Club Member covers the repair of technological defects and flaws not requiring considerable financial outlays. The customer using the guarantee under the Club membership shall have solely the possibility of repairing the product. Products covered by the guarantee for Club members shall not be subject to exchange or cash reimbursement due to the fact that in such situations the proof of purchase is required.
The guarantee and repair shall exclude: mechanical damages, natural wear and tear; differences in the colour and leather texture occurring as a result of incorrect use, patent defects discernible at the moment of purchase.
Personal data protection
By signing the Application Form to the Ochnik Customer Club the customer gives his consent for his personal data being processed for marketing purposes by Ochnik Sp. z o.o., 08-400 Garwolin, ul. Targowa 1, as well as data obtained during the club membership, in particular the data obtained as a result of using discounts resulting from Ochnik Club Membership, for an indefinite period of time, until the consent granted by the Club member has been revoked, possibly until the Ochnik Customer Club ceased to operate. Members of the Ochnik Customer Club may revoke their consent for the processing of their personal data on the basis of a written notification and Ochnik shall be then obliged to delete these data. As the manager, Ochnik processes personal data in compliance with the Act on personal data protection in order to offer its products or services and for the purpose resulting from the regulations of the Ochnik Customer Club. The Manager shall have the right to process personal data through a specific data administrator who does not require the consent of a club member for processing of his data.
By signing the Ochnik Customer Club Application Form, the Customer accepts the clause of consent to personal data processing:
“I hereby give my consent for Ochnik Sp. z o.o., 08-400 Garwolin, ul. Targowa 1, to process for marketing purposes my personal data which I disclose on my own free will, reserving the right to correct the same (in compliance with the Act on personal data protection of 29 August 1997, unified text Journal of Laws of 2002 No 101, item 926, as amended).”
